Which application should I install first?

Start with an application visible in the device's official store that supports the access format you received. Compare remote or touch usability, EPG, subtitles, privacy information and licence cost. The player does not include television content.

What is the difference between Xtream Codes and an M3U playlist?

Xtream login normally uses a server address, username and password and can organise live, on-demand and EPG data. M3U is a playlist URL or file. Enter only the format supplied to you and never publish either one.

How much internet speed should I plan for?

As conservative planning targets, allow roughly 15–25 Mbps of stable capacity for one HD stream, 25–40 Mbps for Full HD and 50–80 Mbps for selected 4K playback. Add headroom for every simultaneous screen and test beside the actual device. These are planning ranges, not quality guarantees.

Why does a stream work on the phone but not on the television?

The devices may use different Wi-Fi bands, decoders, player versions or playlist formats. Test the same item, on the same network, after restarting both devices. Then compare decoder settings and app versions instead of changing many settings at once.

Is the application licence included in the plan?

Not automatically. A third-party player may be free, ad-supported, subscription-based or sold with a one-time licence. Confirm the player price and licence terms in its official store separately from the viewing plan.
