After payment and availability are confirmed, setup details are normally sent promptly by WhatsApp or email. Delivery time can vary with support volume and order verification. Keep the original message and test one device before configuring additional screens.
How do I choose the right plan?
Count how many streams will run at the same time, not how many devices you own. A one-screen plan supports one active stream; two concurrent viewers need two screens. Also check the operating system, connection quality beside the television and whether setup assistance is needed.
What does the screen count mean?
The screen count is the number of streams that can play simultaneously. You may install a player on several devices, but should not exceed the active connections included in the plan. Fully closing a player normally releases the connection for another device.
